Level 1 Home Survey
An RICS Level 1 Home Survey is a basic, low-cost report for newer or conventional properties in good condition. It outlines the property’s condition, highlights urgent defects, and identifies potential risks or legal issues, but does not include advice on repairs or maintenance.

Level 2 Home Survey
An RICS Level 2 Home Survey, formerly the Home Buyer Report, suits conventional properties in reasonable condition. It provides more detailed information than Level 1, including potential repairs and maintenance. It can be offered as a survey only or with a market valuation.

Level 3 Home Survey
An RICS Level 3 Home Survey, formerly the Building Survey, is the most detailed report. It offers an in-depth analysis of the property’s condition, with advice on defects, repairs, and maintenance. Ideal for older, altered, or run-down properties, or if major works are planned.

Home Survey Level 3
An RICS Level 3 Home Survey, formerly the Building Survey, is the most detailed report. It offers an in-depth analysis of the property’s condition, with advice on defects, repairs, and maintenance. Ideal for large, older, altered, or run-down properties, or if major works are planned.
Valuations
All our valuation reports are RICS accredited, externally audited, and fully compliant with the RICS Global Professional Standards, known as the “Red Book”.

Probate
We provide accurate, well-considered property valuations for probate purposes, helping executors and solicitors fulfil their legal responsibilities. Our reports are compliant with HMRC requirements and the Red Book, offering clear, impartial market values at the date of death.

Tax
We provide valuation reports for Capital Gains and other Tax purposes in line with HMRC and the RICS Global Valuation standards. Reports reflect market value as defined in the Taxation of Chargeable Gains Act 1992, incorporating updates from later Finance Acts to ensure full compliance.

Help to Buy
We produce valuation reports for clients buying or selling equity shares under the Help to Buy scheme. Reports meet all scheme requirements and reflect current market value, providing the necessary evidence for redemption or staircasing transactions.
